Sounds fantastic, right? Truly can't wait to read it, PK!
So let's see, where would I go in time? I'm a history nerd, so I'd be super excited to relive any major event--but honestly, most of history's major events would be super dangerous to be a part of.
That being said, I don't think I could pass up an opportunity to see living dinosaurs. 8 year old me would never forgive current me if I did.
So send me back to the Jurassic period, PK! But maybe in a helicopter or something I could use to watch from a safe distance. :)
Also wanted to pass on reminder that the New Adult Fall Fling book sale is still going strong! You can pick up several NA titles for cheap (and maybe even free) this week. Click the banner for more details!
Plus, it contains a sneak-peek of the newest Moonsongs book, Dragon's Game, that's coming out next week!
I would definitely need some sort of barrier between me and the dinosaurs!
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff! Awesome cover PK!
dinosaurs!! Great pick!!!
ReplyDelete(Love the cover!)
How about going back and putting in a no-pay clause when deliberations run over one day? That would motivate then!
ReplyDeleteCover is awesome, PK.
Yes, it does sound fantastic! (I'll be highlighter her another day. Already had a commitment, today.) But the whole time travel thing got me thinking of where I'd like to go, what I'd like to see, and what time period. But dinosaurs? Uh, nope. I'm good.
ReplyDeleteGoing back in time to see dinosaurs would be pretty cool, but definitely at a safe distance!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS to Pk! Looking forward to reading this book. Great cover!
Congrats on book 4, EJ! And yep, seeing live dinosaurs would be spectacular! I still love watching Jurassic Park for that moment when they first see them eating leaves from the treetops.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for joining in today EJ!!
Hi E.J. Don't have to go back in time to see dinosaurs, I am living with one....LOL! Good luck with your downloads :)
ReplyDelete1850's America. It would make doing research for my HR so much easier. LOL
ReplyDeleteCongrats, PK. :)
Now that's an interesting and ORIGINAL choice.... Definitely in a helicopter... lol.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to PK.... ALL THE BEST!!!
Congrats to you too, EJ on you new cover! I'll be doing yours on Friday....
When I read that you'd want to go to the Jurassic period and I thought you were nuts! I just pictured the movie Jurassic Park until you said you'd see it from a safe distance. That is much better! lol My time trip into the past would be a little more recent, but to see dinosaurs would be neat! ;)
ReplyDeleteDinosaurs? How cool would that be? But at a safe distance...
ReplyDeleteCongrats to PK!
I think I already have the first 3 books on my Kindle, but I could always gift the set! What a bargain.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to PK!! I hit the Publish button too soon.
ReplyDeletePK is everywhere today!
ReplyDeleteFor me, I'd go back to the fall of 1863, go back to see Lincoln deliver the Gettysburg Address. Or to the mouth of the Columbia during the Lewis and Clark expedition, to see their faces on seeing the Pacific.
Congrats to Pk and to your good self E.J. Wouldn't it tbe nice to travel to our favourite periods of history.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, it would be fun to see a dinosaur up close; but I bet I'd get chomped by the thing. Good choice EJ.
ReplyDelete.........dhole
As long as it's a plant eater, seeing the dinosaurs close up could be really awesome.
ReplyDelete~Rhonda (Time traveling today from Laugh Quotes )
Dinosaurs! Perhaps the most dangerous period you could choose? (Arguable). Solid choice. That would be really awesome. I, too, would like to see some dinosaurs. Not my first choice, though.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like such a cool story, and I just love that cover.
ReplyDeleteGreat cover art for PK's book, and I love the story concept too. E.J., thanks for spreading the word.
ReplyDeleteI did watch Neil Armstrong on the moon. I was 5 or 6 and it blew me away. I still remember how awed I was. I suppose that's why I prefer setting my stories in space and what began my fascination with the stars.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, I'd definitely want the helicopter! I've seen Jurassic Park way too many times LOL. Fun choice! I'm so happy for PK. :)
ReplyDeleteI love time travel stories! I was around for that first moon landing but I don't remember it very well. There are a lot of things back then that I don't remember, but someone has said that if you can remember that era you probably were not really there. At least I think that's what somebody said. I don't remember for sure.

I'll add this to my TBR shelf, Pk! Looks super.
ReplyDeleteGreat news! Good luck PK!
